It was back in high school when I first entertained the thought of working in the field of mental health. The following decade brought with it various educational pursuits, life and work experience, and adventures travelling and living abroad. However, that long-standing interest remained.

I eventually took the plunge and completed a Master’s degree in Counselling. I’m glad I did! I work as an independent counselling therapist along with a great group of people on Academy Rd. in Winnipeg. I really enjoy what I do.

I have experience working with various client concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. In terms of demographics, I work mainly with individual clients.
